INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY BG Audyt SP. Z O.O.

1. Data Administrator

In the meaning of the general regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the administrator of your personal data is BG Audyt Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, Plac Wolnica 13/10, 31-060 Kraków (hereinafter: "BG Audyt", "We").

2. Purposes and legal basis for data processing

We may process your data for the following purposes:

  1. 1. on the performance of ordered services - on the basis of concluded contracts as a party to these contracts;
  2. contacting you on current matters, including the provision of services - based on a legitimate interest, which is ongoing contact with our contractors and their employees;
  3. contacting you in order to handle an inquiry sent via e-mail - based on your consent;
  4. sending commercial offers by electronic means - based on consent;
  5. pursuing claims related to concluded contracts or in order to defend against any claims - based on a legitimate interest, which is the possibility of pursuing one's claims or defending against claims;
  6. conducting recruitment to select a candidate for work - based on the candidate's consent and the legal obligation imposed on us, in accordance with the guidelines of the Labor Code.

3. Data recipients

The recipients of your data will be entities providing services for the Administrator: outsourcing, accounting, IT and maintaining IT infrastructure, public authorities on the basis of statutory requirements.

4. Data transfer to third countries

The administrator does not intend to transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.

5. Data retention period

We would like to inform you that your data will be stored by the Administrator for the period resulting from the law, including until any claims expire, and in the case of consent, until it is revoked.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:
access your data and receive a copy thereof;
rectification of your personal data;
requests to limit the processing of personal data;
deletion of personal data;
transfer of personal data;
to object to the processing of personal data;
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address of the Personal Data Protection Office: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

If the processing is based on your consent: we would like to inform you that you have the right to withdraw your previously granted consent to the processing of the above data. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

7. Information on the requirement to provide data

Providing your data is voluntary, but the lack of it will prevent the implementation of the above purpose/is a statutory requirement/is a contractual requirement/is a condition for concluding a contract. A refusal to provide data makes it impossible to provide the service.
